Originally built in 1967 from the Better Homes & Gardens Magazine Catalog, Moto Designshop restored the home to its original Mid-Century Modern motif and style.

A portion of the home renovation was to create a featured staircase - including a white oak balusters, black metal railing, and leather wrapped handrail.

A highlight on this Mid-Century Modern home renovation was a luxurious master bath. It included a custom teak double vanity, brass framed medicine cabinets, and teak enclosed water closet. The H-shaped floor tile referenced the client’s surname, in a unique basil with black patina color. All hardware was in a satin brass finish.
